Fulcrum Family Health offers services to members of other DPC practices in Maine. We will communicate with your physician to provide continuity of care.

Dr. Lisa Lucas offers metabolic health consults for weight management, metabolic syndrome, PCOS and hormonal support.
Initial consult - $300
Follow up - $150
Comprehensive approach including the 4 pillars of obesity medicine including nutrition therapy, physical activity, behavioral modification, and medical interventions for nutrition, movement.
Consideration for hormone support if deemed appropriate.
Medication management available or cooperative care with PCP.

Please use this link for initial signup to receive vaccines. The vaccine itself is free from the state for all patients who are uninsured or underinsured ages 0-64 y.o.
Vaccine visit - $20
Please note, we can not offer this to patient's on Medicare.
1) The referring physician will fax us a referral with the requested vaccines. We will ensure we have the vaccines in stock.
2) The patient will enter their information in our system to create a chart.
3) The patient will call to schedule.
When these two steps are complete, we can schedule your vaccine(s).

Liver ultrasound for steatosis (fatty liver) and fibrosis (stiffening) for evaluation of Metabolic Associated Steatosis Liver Disease (MASLD) and other intrinsic liver disease.

Velacur costs and diagnostic testing for Rezdiffra qualification may qualify for reimbursement through the manufacturer-sponsored Non-Invasive Test (NIT) Program, commercial insurance prior authorizations, or flexible spending accounts.

Iron Dextrose (InFed) infusions offered for iron deficiency. Offered as one time treatment (1000 mg). Consideration for alternative schedule as per referring physician.
Nonmember Cost - $600/session
Appointment duration - 60 minutes
1) The referring physician will fax us a referral with the requested infusion. Please include labs within the past month.
When these two steps are complete, we can schedule your infusion.
