You will be charged for the service or initial exam fee before your appointment.
Please use this link for initial signup to receive vaccines. There is no additional charge for vaccines.
Vaccine visit - $20

1) Your physician will fax us a referral with the requested vaccines.
2) After you sign up, please call the office and we will schedule your vaccines.
