Direct Primary Care is our core service. We offer additional services such as second opinion consultation, metabolic health/obesity medicine and hormone consultation in addition to osteopathic manipulation, medical aesthetics and health coaching.
Health care made simple. Primary care with a board certified family physician in the office, through telehealth or over the phone. We cultivate strong relationships with patients and advocate for efficient and affordable care.

Please note: We will no longer be accepting patients that carry HMO insurance. These plans require prior authorizations for most requests and we can not accommodate that level of administrative burden.
